Nearly $74K In Grants Awarded To North Castle Library ARMONK, N.Y. – The North Castle Public Library has received $73,721 in library construction grants to improve both locations in Armonk and North White Plains. The North White Plains branch will receive $53,765 to upgrade exterior lighting, support expanded computer usage and provide additional space for library programming. The Armonk branch library will receive $19,956 to replace their HVAC system, improve access for those with disabilities and install energy efficient LED lighting. Metro-North Adds Extra Getaway Trains For July 4 Weekend FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Declare your independence from traffic and tolls this Fourth of July holiday by taking Metro-North to celebrate the nation's birthday. Phelps Memorial Hospital Holds Ribbon Cutting For New Lobby SLEEPY HOLLOW, N.Y. – After months of construction, Phelps Memorial Hospital in Sleepy Hollow held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new lobby.
