Officials with the market say the Thanksgiving market this weekend will be packed, and to help get you there they will be serving free tastes of their Blue Ribbon Winning Recipe for Pumpkin Waffles with Warm Cinnamon Apples from 11 a.m. until they are gone.

Visitors to the market can find everything from blue cheese made in Berkshire County, Mass., from whole unpasteurized Jersey cow's milk, to jams and chutneys made in the Hudson Valley from locally grown fruits in an 1850s farmhouse.

Although this is the last outdoor market for the year, the Winter Market will open inside the Rhinebeck Town Hall at 80 E. Market St on alternate Sundays beginning Dec. 6.
