Orange County resident Jesse Boniface, age 52, of Middletown, was convicted on Tuesday, Oct. 1, of the rape which occurred in the town of Crawford, according to Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler. Suspect On Loose After Teen Stabbed In Broad Daylight In Dutchess County Police iare searching for a suspect in connection with an altercation that left a teen stabbed in the region. The incident occurred in Dutchess County around 4 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 29, around 4 p.m. in the area of Main Street and South Brett Street in Beacon.  According to Beacon Police Chief Thomas Figlia, the victim, a 16-year-old, suffered a superficial wound to the leg and was treated and released from the hospital.  The investigation is ongoing.  This is a developing story. Widespread Bank Of America Outages Being Reported Many Bank of America customers are reporting issues accessing their accounts. First reports of the problems began just before 1 pm. on Wednesday, Oct. 2, with about 20,000 customers sharing outages on the website Downdetector.com. Some said they were stunned to see zero balances on their accounts. Others said they could not see their account balances. Issues with online and mobile systems, and ATM services are being reported.
