Vehicle Crashes Into Pole After Driver Suffers Medical Emergency: Newark PD A man was hospitalized after he experienced a medical emergency while driving and crashed into a pole in Newark on the morning of Thursday, Aug. 8, authorities said. At 11:10 a.m., police responded to a vehicle colliding with a pole at Lyons Avenue and Hobson Street, Newark Public Safety Director Fritz Fragé said. The man driving the vehicle had a medical emergency and he was transported to a nearby hospital for evaluation, Fragé said. No other injuries have been reported and the crash remains under investigation, Fragé said.

Raymond Gorczycki stole cash from three collection boxes at St. John Paul II Parish on Tuesday, July 23, after damaging the boxes in order to gain entry and remove the money, Bayonne police said in a release. One Injured In Three-Car Crash On Route 80: Njsp (Updated) One person was injured in a three-car crash on Route 80 in Parsippany on the morning of Thursday, Aug. 8, authorities said. At 11:52 a.m., troopers responded to Route 80 eastbound at mile 42 for the collision between three passenger vehicles, Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said. A driver sustained minor injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital, Lebron said. The crash remains under investigation, Lebron said.
