During his time writing for newspapers, magazines, and online publications, he’s covered everything from murderers to mommy bloggers, but his most interesting story is always the next one.

Man Killed In Lowell Temple Shooting ID'd; Police Make Bust A 38-year-old New Hampshire man is accused of killing a man and wounding another and a woman in a shooting in the parking lot of a Hindu temple in Lowell last week, authorities said.  Paul Garcia, of Dover, is charged with armed assault with intent to murder, assault and battery by discharge of a firearm, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm, the Middlesex District Attorney said. Victim Of Fatal Somerville Shooting ID'd A 49-year-old man who was found shot on Monday night, July 22, in Somerville, has died, authorities said.  Paul Nolan, of Somerville, was shot just before 10:30 p.m., the Middlesex District Attorney said.  Police were called to Dartmouth Street to reports of a shooting. They found Noal suffering from gunshot wounds, and paramedics rushed him to Massachusetts General Hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead.  Somerville police ask anyone with information to contact investigators at 617-625-1600 ext. 7250.

No Bail For Teen Accused Of Fatal Stabbing During Chelsea Street Brawl: DA An 18-year-old is being held without bail after authorities say he fatally stabbed someone in a fight over the weekend in Chelsea.  Joksin Briones-Blandon, of Malden, is charged with first-degree murder in the slaying of 44-year-old Santos Cartegena on Saturday, July 20, the Suffolk County District Attorney said. Police were called to the Highland and Grove Street intersection around 10 p.m. to reports of several men fighting.  Cartegena, who suffered multiple stab wounds in the brawl, took himself to the Whidden Hospital. 62-Year-Old Motorcyclist Killed In Holliston Crash With Car ID'd Doctors were unable to save a 62-year-old man after his motorcycle was involved in a crash with a car on Sunday evening, July 21, in Holliston, authorities announced.  Andrew Palumbo, of Ashland, was identified as the man killed in the crash at the intersection of  Prentice and Mill Streets just before 7:50 p.m., Holliston police said.
