41-Year-Old Killed In Early-Morning Collision In Nassau County A man was killed in an early-morning collision between a car and bicycle on Long Island. The incident happened in Farmingdale, near the intersection of Fulton and Staples streets, shortly after 5 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12. Nassau County Police said a Honda SUV was heading southbound on Fulton Street when it struck a 41-year-old man riding a bicycle. The bicyclist, a 41-year-old, was pronounced dead at the scene.
