Enlarged City School District of Middletown Superintendent Amy Creeden said the threat was received late Monday, Nov. 11, in Orange County at Monhagen Middle School in the town of Wallkill. Drug Dealer From Region Charged With Selling Cocaine To Undercover Agent An alleged Hudson Valley drug dealer is behind bars after selling more than two ounces of cocaine to an undercover agent following an investigation. Orange County resident Enido Isaac Rumaldo, age 20, of Port Jervis, was charged in Port Jervis on Wednesday, Oct. 16.
