Winning $1M Lottery Ticket Sold At Stop & Shop In Region A Stop & Shop visitor in the region left the supermarket with a lot more than groceries. A second-prize-winning Mega Millions ticket worth $1 million was sold in Northern Westchester County for the drawing on Friday, Nov. 15, New York Lottery officials announced.  The lucky ticket was purchased at the city's Stop & Shop in Peekskill at 1831 East Main St. (Route 6), officials added.  Lottery officials did not make the winner's identity public.
