Man From Region Nabbed For Child Porn After Cyber Tip A Captial Region man was busted with child pornography after New York State Police received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Rensselaer County resident Andrew M. Squillari, age 26, of Troy, was charged on Wednesday, Oct. 23, following an investigation by the State Police and the US Department of Homeland Security.
