The incident happened in Waterford following a Troy Police chase that began in Troy at around 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 25. Hudson Valley Duo Charged With Gun, Drug Possession Two Hudson Valley men are behind bars after being charged with gun and narcotics possession following a traffic stop. The incident occurred in Orange County on Monday, June 10, in the city of Newburgh.
