The last two suspects in an Albany barbershop shooting that killed a barber and wounded 19-year-old and 9-year-old victims pleaded guilty on Friday, July 10, authorities said.
Samir Princeton, 22, and Dejoune Smith, 21, copped to first-degree manslaughter just before they were set to start trial Monday, July 13, the Albany County District Attorney’s office said.
Princeton, of Albany, and Smith, of Troy, were part of a four-person crew that shot up Village Barber & Beauty on Second Avenue on May 13, 2023, according to authorities.

David Eslinger, 60, was sentenced to two to six years in state prison on Friday, July 10, the Albany County District Attorney’s office said.
