A 32-year-old Hudson Valley man was shot and killed by a New York State trooper after allegedly striking the officer with his vehicle. The incident occurred in Sullivan County at 2:20 a.m. on Tuesday, July 16, on Rock Hill Drive in the town of Thompson. One person received third-degree burns when a house in the region exploded as new renters were moving in. The incident occurred in Sullivan County around 11 p.m., Saturday, March 2 at 2 Shirley St., in Monticello.
