Louis Maniscalco, of Albany, was arrested Tuesday, Dec. 20, following an investigation by New York State Police. Troopers said a concerned person contacted the agency saying they believed Maniscalco had had “inappropriate” contact with a child under the age of 11. Investigators subsequently determined that he had made multiple attempts to engage in sexual activity with the child, police said.
