Man Found Sleeping In Stolen Car At Capital Region Gas Station, Police Say A man is facing charges after he was allegedly found sleeping in a stolen car at a Capital Region gas station. Saratoga County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the 7-Eleven on Route 50 in Wilton for a welfare check at around 5:30 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18. Deputies arrived to find Joseph Plummer, 35, of Galway, asleep in a vehicle at a gas pump, the agency said. He had been sleeping in the car, which had been reported stolen out of Massachusetts, for several hours, according to police. Plummer was arrested on suspicion of possession of stolen property, a felony. He was released on an appearance…
