NY Health Aide Caught On Camera Slapping Disabled 5-Year-Old, DA Says A Long Island home health aide was indicted after prosecutors alleged he was caught on camera repeatedly slapping and mistreating a five-year-old child with disabilities. Bruno Valenzuela, 34, of Brentwood, pleaded not guilty to endangering an incompetent person and acting in a manner injurious to a child in Suffolk County Court on Thursday, Feb. 5. School Employee Accused Of Shoving, Endangering Disabled Student In Region A 28-year-old employee of a school in the region faces a felony charge after allegedly endangering a disabled student, police said.
