Man Admits To 'Anal Sexual Contact' With Child Younger Than 11 In Region A 34-year-old man has pleaded guilty to charges connected to his sexual conduct with a child younger than 11 years old in Orange County, officials announced.  Newburgh resident Kelvin Dubon-Rivas pleaded guilty to first-degree rape on Friday, Jan. 31 in Orange County Court, according to Orange County District Attorney David M. Hudson Valley Man Driving High Sentenced After Crash Paralyzed Teen A Hudson Valley man was sentenced to prison after pleading guilty to driving high on pot and causing a crash that paralyzed a teen. Orange County resident Chauncey Smith, age 23, of Pine Bush, was sentenced on Tuesday, July 16, to three to nine years in prison in connection with the Monday, August 14, 2023 crash, said Orange County District Attorney David M.
