Capital Region Police Seize Cocaine, Heroin, And Hallucinogens In Madison Avenue Drug Bust Three Albany residents are facing felony charges after detectives recovered cocaine, heroin, and hallucinogens during a search warrant execution on Madison Avenue, police report. Drug Dealer From Region Charged With Selling Cocaine To Undercover Agent An alleged Hudson Valley drug dealer is behind bars after selling more than two ounces of cocaine to an undercover agent following an investigation. Orange County resident Enido Isaac Rumaldo, age 20, of Port Jervis, was charged in Port Jervis on Wednesday, Oct. 16.
