Two Capital District Men Nabbed For Child Porn: Police Two Capital District men were nabbed for possession of child pornography after police received a tip from the State Police Computer Crimes Unit.  The incident occurred in Columbia County on Wednesday, Oct. 9, in Taghkanic. According to Trooper AJ Hicks of the State Police, following a law enforcement tip, investigators determined both John R. Vogt, age 74, and Mark T. Vogt, age 45, both of Taghkanic, were in possession of child pornography. Both men were arrested for three counts of possessing obscene sexual performance by a child under 16 years of age. Capital Region Man Nabbed With Child Pornography, Police Say A Capital Region man is behind bars after being nabbed with child pornography following a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Rensselaer County resident Brayden P. Ayer, age 20, of Castleton on Hudson, was charged on Friday, Sept. 27, for promoting a sexual performance by a child and possessing a sexual performance by a child.
