Flights resumed at Heathrow Airport in London after a massive fire at a nearby substation shut down power to two terminals. Heathrow announced the restart of flights in a Facebook update on Friday, Mar. 21. The airport was closed after the fire knocked out power, forcing more than 1,350 flights worldwide to be canceled or rerouted.
