More than 13 years after a Rockland County woman was ambushed and killed in her driveway, local police and federal authorities are renewing their appeal for information on the fugitive accused of her murder.
The Town of Haverstraw Police Department announced Monday, June 8, that investigators continue to search for Eugene Palmer, who is wanted in connection with the Sept. 24, 2012, killing of Tammy Palmer in Stony Point.
According to police, Eugene Palmer is accused of ambushing Tammy Palmer, the mother of his grandchildren, and shooting her to death as she walked up her driveway.

Allison M. Fisher, 23, and Livia L.A. Boddie, 21, both of Halfmoon, were arrested following an animal complaint at a home on Tower Way in Halfmoon, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office.
