A Westchester man is accused of stealing more than $143,000 in pension benefits by continuing to withdraw money from his deceased neighbor's bank account for years after the man's death, officials said.

The case of Bourbon virus was confirmed in Suffolk County by researchers at Stony Brook University, according to a Tuesday, July 21 announcement.
