Human remains were found during a search operation Tuesday, Oct. 20 in Albany in connection with a 16-year-old missing person case. Ashley Carroll, of Troy, was 24 years old when she was last seen on May 6, 2010, in Albany, according to the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System. Cops searched a home at 7 Marlborough Court in Albany around 9 a.m. Tuesday as part of the case and found “what appeared to be human remains” in a shed on the property, the Albany Police Department said.
