Stranger Swipes Capital Region Business Credit Card, Racks Up Thousands In Charges: Police
A Capital Region man stole more than $3,000 from a business by swiping a company credit card, police said.
Orquis M. Milan Rosario, 24, of Watervliet, had no known relation to the business but managed to acquire the card, New York State Police said.
State troopers began investigating on Tuesday, Aug. 25 following a complaint from an Albany County company about unauthorized purchases on a company card, authorities said.
The probe led police to Milan Rosario, who used the card “numerous times” throughout July and August, according to state police.
