Jeanine Pirro In No Rush To Settle 119 MPH Speeding Ticket Although she seemingly has the need for speed, Fox News host and former Westchester County District Attorney Jeanine Pirro appears to be in no rush to answer the speeding charge against her. New York State Police troopers stopped Pirro driving 119 mph on Nov. 19 last year in the Town of Nichols, which is in Tioga County upstate, near Owego and her hometown Elmira. Pirro was due to answer the speeding charge this week, though the court has not received her plea. When she was stopped by troopers, Pirro, who lives in Harrison, was driving in a 65 mph zone.
