HARRISON, N.Y. – Pet Rescue of Harrison took a moment this New Year to reflect on its successes in 2016. In a “New Year’s Pupdate,” the nonprofit described several instances in the past year where it made a difference in the lives of animals. David Carlucci joined a host of locals on the Tappan Zee Bridge viewing platform Wednesday to call for the creation of a toll Task Force and for hearings to discuss a resident toll discount program.
