Man Burglarizes LI Dunkin Donuts 2X, Violating Protection Order: Police A man experiencing homelessness is accused of burglarizing a Dunkin Donuts in Lawrence before violating an Order of Protection against him, Nassau County police announced on Sunday, Dec. 29. Mark Berko, 31, allegedly entered the Dunkin Donuts at 299 Burnside Avenue around 1:17 a.m., police said. He forcibly removed the cash drawer from the register, fled outside, and smashed it on the sidewalk to access the money inside. Suspect On Run After Armed Robbery At Dunkin' Donuts In East Meadow A suspect is on the loose after an armed robbery at a Long Island Dunkin' Donuts. Ut happened around 8 p.m. Sunday, May 26 in East Meadow. After entering the store located at 329 Merrick Ave., the suspect approached a male store employee and displayed a handgun while demanding cash, Nassau County Police said.   The victim complied and the suspect fled on foot in an unknown direction with an undisclosed amount of money.
