Car Goes Up In Flames On Sprain Brook Parkway In Greenburgh (Photos) An overnight vehicle fire sent a plume of smoke into the air on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Westchester.  The blaze happened on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Greenburgh on Saturday, Dec. 28 just before 10:30 p.m., according to the Hartsdale Fire Department.  In photos released by firefighters, the vehicle was seen destroyed by the flames.  Details regarding injuries and the cause of the fire were not immediately available. Crash Blocks Lanes, Snags Traffic On I-95 In New Rochelle (Developing) A crash on Interstate 95 in Westchester temporarily left two lanes blocked, causing bumper-to-bumper traffic.  The crash happened at around 1:45 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 31 on I-95 South in New Rochelle just before Exit 16, according to traffic reports.  As a result, the left and center lanes were blocked. 2 Runaway Horses Reunited With Owner After Escaping Kitchawan Farm Two runaway horses were successfully located after making a break for it in Northern Westchester, police said. The horses' escape happened on Monday, Dec. 30 just before 8 p.m., when two horses were reported missing from a farm on Route 134 in the Kitchawan area, according to Yorktown Police. The runaways prompted an emergency message from the department on Monday night as authorities searched for the animals.  Luckily, a short time later, the horses were found and returned home, police said.
