Capital Region Man Nabbed After Attacking Woman With Gun, Police Say A 23-year-old Capital Region man has been charged in connection with a domestic-related menacing crime in which he allegedly threatened a woman with a handgun. The incident occurred in Albany around 10:30 a.m. on South Pearl Street on Wednesday, Sept. 25. According to Albany Police, an investigation into the incident found that Teshawn Conley of Albany had been involved in a physical altercation with a woman, during which he threatened her with a handgun while a child was present. 18-Year-Old Car Prowler Busted With Loaded Gun In Capital Region, Police Say An 18-year-old man from the region is facing charges after he was allegedly busted with a loaded gun while prowling cars. In Albany County, Cohoes Police were called shortly after 2 a.m. Saturday, May 25, for three people who were reportedly going through parked vehicles on Leversee Avenue. As officers were speaking with the three suspects, one of them, 18-year-old Ransell Segura, handed over a bag containing a loaded 9mm handgun with an extended high-capacity magazine, police said.
