Missing 28-Year-Old From Region Found Safe
New Update: A 28-year-old Hudson Valley man who went missing after last being seen boarding a train in Northern Westchester has been found safe. In an announcement on Tuesday night, Aug. 20, the Carmel Police Department in Putnam County said that Bekim Gjonbalaj, age 28, was found in good health after last being seen boarding a train at the Croton Falls Train Station in the town of North Salem on Thursday, Aug. 15 at 4:50 a.m. More information about where Gjonbalaj was found was not released.
