15-Year-Old Busted With Gun, Cocaine In Capital Region, Police Say A 15-year-old boy is facing charges after he was allegedly caught with a loaded gun and cocaine in the region.  Albany Police were called at around 9:15 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 28, for a person with a weapon near Central and Lexington avenues. When officers arrived, they confronted a teen matching the suspect’s description, but he took off running. He made it roughly three blocks away before he was arrested near Orange Street and Route 9. Drunk Driver Busted With LSD During Traffic Stop In Capital Region, Police Say A 36-year-old man is facing driving while intoxicated charges after allegedly being caught drunk behind the wheel with illegal drugs in the car, police said. The upstate New York incident happened Thursday evening, Aug. 31, in Warren County, on Route 9 in Lake George, according to state police. Connecticut resident Andrew Tustian, of Stratford, was stopped for multiple vehicle and traffic law violations before troopers determined he was intoxicated, police said. Capital District Couple Tied Dog To Tree In Woods, Abandoned Him, Police Say A couple from the Capital District has been criminally charged after police said they tied their one-year-old dog to a tree in the woods and then abandoned him. Saratoga County residents Noah Center, age 24, and Ashleigh Allen, age 22, both of Corinth, were arrested Thursday, July 14, on multiple charges stemming from the incident. According to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office, Center and Allen left the Heeler mix, named Quade, tied up in a wooded area off Route 9 in Corinth, where he remained for at least two days.
