Suspect Nabbed In Fatal Shooting In Region Police have made a second arrest in the 2022 murder of a 32-year-old man in a housing complex parking lot. Khyree Pratt, age 23, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was arrested on Thursday, Sept. 5, in connection with the 2022 murder of Lionel Pittman in Dutchess County at the Forrestal Heights housing complex in Beacon. 3 Stabbed In Hudson Valley During Fight Police are investigating after three people were stabbed during a fight in the region. The incident occurred in Dutchess County at around 12:15 a.m. on Wednesday, July 31, at Looper's Plaza, located at South Avenue and Wolcott Avenue in Beacon. According to Beacon Police Chief Thomas Figlia, the department received a 911 call regarding something happening at the plaza. The chief said that as officers responded, they located several people in South Avenue Park walking from the area toward West Center Street. One of those stopped, a 16-year-old male, was found to be bleeding.…

Police In Hudson Valley Use Force To Control Man Who Threatened To Shoot People, Cops Say Police are reporting using force against a man who allegedly threatened to shoot people on a major roadway in the region. The incident occurred in Dutchess County on Sunday, April 21, on Main Street in Beacon. According to Lt. Thomas Figlia of the Beacon Police, officers responded to a call for a man wearing gray sweatpants, a grey hoodie, and sunglasses who was threatening to shoot people on Main Street.
