It was 2017 and the bar and restaurant at Preakness Valley Golf Course in Wayne had long been owned and operated by someone else. The customers were skeptical of change. Former Marine Opens Sports Bar In North Jersey When Scott Roberts decided to open a sports bar, he acted fast.  Roberts is the owner of Scotty's Bar and Grill a new sports bar that opened in Bergen County at 172 Piermont Rd. in Cresskill. "It's awesome," Roberts said about his new joint. "We got 100-inch TVs, a bunch of 60-inch TVs, pool tables, a dart board. The crab cakes are insane." Closing: 381 Main In Little Falls To Shut Its Doors 381 Main in Little Falls will be holding on final football party this weekend. The Main Street bar and grille will be holding "Our Last Football Party" July 28 to kick off NFL pre-season -- and a few farewell drinks. 381 Main's last day in business will be Aug. 4, but the owners hope to soon open a new location in town.
