Fugitive Ex-Con Shot Dead By US Marshals In Paterson Was Wanted For Ex-GF's Killing UPDATE: A fugitive ex-con killed during a shootout in Paterson early Wednesday was wanted by the NYPD for the brutal beating death of his sometimes-girlfriend on a Harlem street.
