Woman Killed, Man Wounded In Paterson Park Shooting: Prosecutor
A 21-year-old woman was killed and a 24-year-old man was wounded in a shooting at a Paterson park on Tuesday, April 22, authorities said. Officers responded to East Side Park just before 6 p.m. when gunfire rang out, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Department Officer-In- Charge Patrick Murray said. Paterson Police responded to a shots fired call near 27th Street and 19th Avenue at approximately 3:12 a.m., according to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M.
