Wayne Duncan was heading west when his Lexus veered off the roadway to the right and struck the guardrail at milepost 61.4 in Elmwood Park around 12:51 p.m., New Jersey State Police Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron said. The vehicle then crossed all lanes and collided with the center concrete barrier.
