Pratt is best known for regular clashes with Lauren Conrad on the MTV's "The Hills," and is married to Heidi Montag, who also starred on the show.  He has been an activist ever since the rampant Palisades Fire and is an outspoken critic of Gov. Gavin Newsom, saying that he is in part to blame for its widespread damage.
