PA Man Damaged Vacuum Machine At Bloomingdale Car Wash: Police
A 39-year-old Stroudsburg, Pa. man was arrested and charged after he damaged a vacuum machine and stole change from a car wash in Bloomingdale, authorities announced Thursday, Jan. 29.
On Sunday, Jan. 25, officers responded to the Bloomingdale Car Wash at 99 Main St. after a man, later identified as Tomasz Skorniewski, damaged the vacuum machine and removed loose change from within, Bloomingdale police said.
The damage to the property was estimated to be several hundred dollars, and an undetermined amount of cash was stolen, police said.

More than 33,000 wireless power banks are being recalled after the lithium-ion batteries caught fire and exploded, causing $20,000 in property damage.
The recall affects about 24,000 ESR HaloLock power banks sold in the US, the Consumer Product Safety Commission said on Thursday, Aug. 14. About 9,900 portable chargers were sold in Canada.

A Mount Laurel woman is suing her neighbors after she says a drone that they were using to spy on her crashed into her home causing major damage.
Nicole Wimbish, who lives on Texas Avenue, filed a lawsuit in Burlington County Superior Court in December 2023, against her neighbors, along with unidentified individuals referred to as "John Doe 1-5."
