Júnior Pena has been vocal about his support for President Donald Trump and in a series of social media posts, told immigrants they had nothing to worry about, as long as they weren't criminals.
On Saturday, Jan. 31, Pena was arrested by ICE agents in Long Branch, Department of Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said. He is being detained at Delaney Hall detention facility in Newark, according to The Guardian.

A 44-year-old Newark man was arrested and charged with posing as an immigrant agent to rob people, authorities announced Wednesday, Jan. 28.
At 3:34 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 22, a man said he was walking along the street when Julio Garcia Barrera drove by in a dark-colored SUV, exited his vehicle, shone a flashlight on the man and said he was an immigration officer, pointing to an emblem on his sweatshirt, Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr. said.
