A Seattle man was arrested after officials said he smashed car windows during protests at Delaney Hall in Newark.
Zion Napier, 28, of Seattle, WA, was arrested Friday, June 5, Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda Sr. said.
Video obtained by authorities shows Napier jumping onto the hoods of three parked vehicles and throwing his full body weight onto their windshields, shattering the glass, Miranda said. He was also seen smashing car windows in the protest area, according to authorities.

Inside Job: Paterson, Clifton Men Arrested In Car Dealership Burglary, Cops Say
Four people have now been arrested for a break-in at a GMC dealership on Route 17 last year, which police say was an inside job.
Ehab Hassan, a 29-year-old employee of the Mahwah dealership facilitated the heist involving Fermin Bautista-Rocha, 49, of Paterson, Bledar Lece, 47, of Clifton, and Shkelzen Murati, of Clifton, Mahwah Police Capt. Michael Blondin said.
