The lives of Chrystie Almonte, 4-year-old Noah, and 2-year-old Liam were charged Friday, Dec. 19, when Kelvin Almonte, 37, ran off the roadway on the southbound ramp from the Garden State Parkway to Route 80, as previously reported by Daily Voice.
