A woman killed in a motorcycle crash last month on Interstate 287 is being remembered as a fearless leader, athlete, and scholar who never let her rare illness define her.
Tonya Reetz, 35, of Neshkoro, WI, died after being ejected from a Harley-Davidson motorcycle on northbound lanes in Bernards Township when the bike was involved in a crash on Saturday, June 21, Sgt. Charles Marchan said.

A sticky, yellow disaster unfolded behind a former tavern in Pennsylvania when thousands of eggs tumbled off a truck, officials confirmed on Wednesday, June 5.
The egg-splosion happened on Fairview Road, off Prospect Road in West Hempfield Township, Lancaster County, leaving the lot behind the old Fairview Tavern coated in bright yellow yolk and flattened cartons.

A man riding a horse assisted police in Riverside Township with catching a hit-and-run driver on Saturday, May 31, authorities said.
That morning, officers were called to Middleton Street after a woman heard a loud crash and saw a vehicle speeding off after hitting her parked car, Riverside police said.
