Jake Schreck, of Allentown (Monmouth County) was killed when he was apparently struck by 47-year-old Ketan Kabaria, of Yardley, PA, around 5:50 p.m. on Friday, March 31 near Route 539 (Old York Road) and Montgomery Way in Robbinsville, police said. Schreck was brought to Robert Wood Johnson Hospital where he was pronounced dead, Robbinsville police said. Jose Pereira was on the 7th floor balcony of the Spinnaker South Tower when the balcony above him collapsed, crushing him around 2:20 p.m., Sea Isle City Police Chief Anthony J. Garreffi Jr. said.
