Gov. Phil Murphy has expanded New Jersey's "move over" law to protect drivers of broken-down vehicles on the side of Garden State roads. The new requirement says drivers must safely move into another lane when approaching a disabled vehicle using flashing hazard lights, road flares, or reflective triangles. Gov. Hamilton Man, 23, Killed In Rollover Crash In Mercer County
A 23-year-old man from Hamilton was killed when his car struck a boulder and rolled over in Princeton, authorities said. The driver who was killed in the one-car crash was identified as Matt Leon.
