NJ Man ID'd In Fatal Triple Tractor-Trailer Crash On I-81 In Lebanon: PSP The man who died after three tractor-trailers crashed on Interstate 81 on Saturday morning, Aug. 3, has been identified by the Pennsylvania State Police  Adrian Jemmott, 31 of Trenton, New Jersey died at the scene of the triple tractor-trailer crash, PSP Jonestown Investigator Ryan Schuetrumpf detailed in the release on Aug. 4.  The crash happened at mile marker 87.5 on I-81 North around 4:15 a.m., Pennsylvania Department of Transportation spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler initially told us.
