Victim Ditched On Roadside After Being Carjacked By Passengers On I-195: Police Two men are accused of stealing another man's vehicle while they were all driving together in Monmouth County, authorities said. Wall Township police said officers responded to a reported carjacking on Interstate 195 near the interchange with Route 34 at around 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 28. Three men were heading to Asbury Park when two of the men stole the vehicle.
