Wildwood leaders are looking to keep rallygoers and protesters safe when former President Donald Trump holds a campaign rally on the Jersey Shore city's beachfront. Trump's rally will be held on the beach in Wildwood on Saturday, May 11. It will be his second campaign rally in the Cape May County city and his first of the 2024 election cycle. Former President Donald Trump will hold a reelection campaign rally on a New Jersey beach while likely in the middle of a criminal trial up the Atlantic coast in New York City. Trump's rally will be held on the beach in Wildwood on Saturday, May 11, according to a news release from the city on Thursday, Apr. 18. A large-scale search and rescue effort was under way Tuesday morning, March 26 in Baltimore following the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge. Multiple cars were sent into the water below, bringing the Coast Guard and emergency response teams to the scene along Interstate 695 at approximately 1:30 a.m., when a cargo ship struck a portion of the bridge.
