Ronald Pables, 34, was charged on Saturday, Feb. 18, with knowingly leaving the scene of a fatal motor vehicle accident and endangering the welfare of a victim, according to Cherry Hill police. Harris L. Jacobs was charged Tuesday, Jan. 10 with knowingly leaving the scene of a fatal motor vehicle accident, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office.
