Pizza Maker Converts Train Caboose Into Walk-Up Shop In South Jersey A take-out pizza shop offers a unique venue for its business in Mount Holly: a train caboose. Frank Hesson had operated a mobile business for three years before noticing a caboose at the Train Wreck Distillery. He now rents the space from there distillery and called it Home Slice Pizza. This spring, Hesson plans to add park benches for customers to eat outdoors. "The caboose is the kitchen," Hesson told Daily Voice. There's a walk-up window to order food.
