Teens Arrested After Stolen Car Overheats: Police A pair of teenagers were arrested after their stolen vehicle overheated, authorities said. On Friday, Aug. 18, at 2:20 p.m., Atlantic City Police Officers Troy Grams and Michael Regalbuto observed a Kia Rio traveling in the area of the 1200 block of Drexel Avenue.  The Kia had been reported stolen earlier in the day.  The officers attempted to conduct a motor vehicle stop when the vehicle sped off leading the officers on a pursuit.
