Rondale Holloman, 37, killed Kenneth Bulle, 74, of Mount Holly, in the early morning hours of Nov. 14, Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L. Bradshaw announced. Corrections officers discovered that Holloman had attacked Bulle, who was pronounced dead at the facility, Bradshaw said.
